Job Description :

• Plan and execute vehicle testing and validation activities
• Coordinate with Japanese engineering teams on technical issues and result analysis
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports
• Support troubleshooting and engineering judgement activities
• Guide junior engineers and mechanic teams
• Participate in ISO9001, 5S, KAIZEN, Compliance, and cross-functional projects
• Utilize AI and digital tools to improve work efficiency and collaboration

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in vehicle testing, validation, or automotive engineering
• Approximately 10 years of automotive testing related experience is preferred
• Japanese communication skill is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in multicultural and cross-functional environments
• AI adaptive and eager to learn digital technologies and new working methods
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and willingness to drive improvements

Job Description :

• Design, develop, and validate chassis parts and components for ISUZU pick-up truck as well as PPV (SUV), ensuring durability, safety, manufacturability, and customer value.
• Drive engineering activities to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets while balancing short-term project execution with long-term product competitiveness.
• Execute assigned responsibilities in alignment with ISUZU project policies, ISO9001 standards, company regulations, and 5S principles.
• Utilize digital engineering tools and AI-supported work processes to improve development efficiency, knowledge sharing, and decision-making quality.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of automotive chassis design and development is preferred
• Familiarity with CAD tools, vehicle development processes, CAE analysis, and automotive quality standards
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Japanese and English is an advantage
