Job Description :

• Design and develop safety parts such as Seatbelt, Airbag, Steering Wheel.
• Develop 3D models using CAD software (NX).
• Ensure the safety parts criteria, laws and regulations also proper with overall interior of vehicle.
• Study selection of materials and composites based on performance, durability, weight, cost, quality also delivery of parts.
• Collaborate with ISUZU Motors Japan, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility.
• Conduct ergonomic study to ensure the appropriateness of use.
• Work with other design engineer teams on parts integration.
• Identify and resolve design issues through DFMEA.
• Work with other cross-functional teams upon request.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Must be able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3)
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (NX is preferable.)
• Have experience at least 5 years in vehicle parts design (Having safety parts related experience, will be given special consideration.)
• Have knowledge of vehicle parts engineering design, material and production processes

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and performance standards.
• Develop design solutions that balance style, functionality, aerodynamics, and manufacturing constraints.
• Proposal on automotive accessories trends, materials, and technologies to influence future projects.
• Prepare presentations and deliverables for internal and external concerns.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree of Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing accessories designs, automotive design, or similar work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Alias, Rhino, or Blender.
• Understanding of accessories and car anatomy, ergonomics, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into tangible designs.
• Passion for design and a solid understanding of the accessories & automotive industry.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description :

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all order details are correctly specified.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure all parts are delivered in accordance with specifications and within agreed lead times.
• Control and manage delivery plan to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and meet their specific needs.
• Ensure that all shipping requirements are clearly communicated to suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Work with suppliers to resolve performance issues and continuously improve the overall logistics process.

• At least 3-year experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Knowledge of delivery control in Automotive Business
