Job Description :

• Provide legal advice, practical legal support on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters to Isuzu Group affiliates.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Handle routine corporate secretarial matters, including corporate filings, registrations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external counsel, business partners, and internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal training and provide legal guidance to coordinators and employees of affiliated companies as required.

• Support legal projects and undertake other duties as assigned by the General Counsel.

Qualifications :

• Male or Female (28 years old up)
• Bachelor or Master Degree in law.
• Valid Lawyer License is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 750 or above preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as in-house legal counsel and/or with a reputable law firm.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and legal support in a business environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial businesses is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial law, factory-related laws, industrial regulations, BOI, Foreign Business Act, and other regulatory matters will be an advantage.

Qualifications :
