On September 15, 2025, the ISUZU Group Thailand, in collaboration with King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi held the opening ceremony of the "2025 Advanced Automobile Engineers Development Training Program #9". 20 fourth-year engineering students were selected to participate in this year's program. The program aims to provide students with essential knowledge for their future careers, preparing them for employment in the global automotive industry.

Through this project, the ISUZU Group Thailand sees the program as a key initiative to discover and shape the next generation of high-potential engineers with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed for careers. The goal is to offer these individuals the opportunity to become part of the organization and grow with the ISUZU Group Thailand, while also supporting their development into globally recognized professional engineers.
