• Investigate and analyze problem concerning with engine durability
• 1. Market/ aftermarket problem investigation (Field Quality Management & System Analysis)
• 2. Engine manufacturing and assembly related issues analysis
• 3. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot technical issues
• Conduct test to investigate engine abnormality (On Vehicle and Engine Bench Test)
• 1. Monitor and control engine testing during various stages of testing procedures
• 2. Collect and analyze data from bench test and provide detailed reports on test results
• Take part in cross-functional activity in company

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronic, Modern Automotive Technology or related fields
• Must have knowledge of internal combustion engine especially in Diesel Engine.
• Having experiences at least 5 years as an engine/vehicle test operator or similar role on vehicle test equipment or dyno facilities
• Having experiences with specific type of engine or vehicle test such as durability test or performance test are preferable.
• Being proficient in measured vehicle data analysis software
• Having interest in engine technology as well as automotive technology
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skill
• Communicative Japanese language ability will be advantage.
• Able to travel upcountry for business trip
• Having interpersonal skill

Job Description :

• Create new concepts and develop automotive exterior/ interior design proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, marketing and suppliers to execute the design intents into production.
• Create detailed presentations, mood boards, and renderings to communicate design proposals.
• Research global automotive trends, consumer preferences, and materials to influence design direction.
• Ensure brand consistency and contribute to the development of the brand’s design language.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Design, Transportation Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in automotive or industrial design.

Job Description :

• Perform payroll and related administrative tasks e.g. time attendance control, leave record, OT calculation, other incomes and deduction according to company regulation, etc.
• Perform welfare and benefits administrative tasks e.g. medical benefits, other welfare payment and reimbursement according to company's regulation; and analyze welfare statistics and generate report.
• Generate and up to date employee’s related report e.g. headcount report, salary report, records, employee’s profile, store and maintain employees' personal data.
